Does kid's mental health mean a lot to you?

Get more involved by championing a Sandbox Giving Group.

Giving Groups are a simple and easy way for you to join us in raising money on behalf of children’s mental health. You simply create a group under our campaign and then champion donations! 100% of the money you raise will directly to the organizations that are helping solve the problems of children’s mental health in Vancouver.

How to Start a Giving Group:

There are just four simple steps:

1. Create Your Group

Visit our Chimp campaign and click on "Start a Giving Group" to begin publishing your page. Describe your fundraising purpose, create a personal message, set a goal — you can even choose to upload images or video. But don’t worry, we’ve done a lot of the heavy lifting for you. It's simple and easy! If you want more detailed instructions click here!

2. Invite Your Friends

Ask friends to join your group with a simple invitation. You can choose to make your group private, or keep it public so anyone can join the giving.

3. Get Social

The group comes to life as members join and begin giving. People can share by social media or join the conversation by posting comments on the page. (We’ve even seen a few good-natured giving challenges.) Take #hellosandbox or @passagegive on Twitter and we'll keep spreading the good!

4. Make an Impact

The best part is giving the good away. When your campaign finishes, 100% of the donations you've raised will go to Variety: The Children's Charity and Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre at BC Children’s Hospital’s 2015 Youth Mental Health Summit.

The Purpose: We’ve filled this in for you, but feel free to add to it! Expand on your group description. This will help people decide whether to give you their support. Make it inspiring and passionate.

How To Help: We’ve filled this in for you, but feel free to add to it! Describe the different ways people can help. Do you want them to give money, come to an event, tell their friends, or something else? Studies show that clearly asking for what you want will make you more likely to get it.
